Account: email address and name, if you create an account.

Orders and delivery: name, delivery address, email, ordered items and any personalisation you provide.

Payments: handled by the shop's payment provider. We do not store card details.

Technical data: server logs (e.g. IP address, browser, time of access) needed to operate and secure the website.

Cookies: only where technically necessary and, if active, for website analytics (Google Analytics).

Performance of a contract (orders, delivery, customer account), legitimate interest (secure and stable operation of the website), and consent where required (e.g. analytics).

We share data only as needed with our hosting provider, our payment provider and shipping services (Swiss Post). We do not share data for advertising purposes.

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

You have the right to access, correction, deletion and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC / EDÖB).

We publish our own product images and descriptions on LaVieColor's Pinterest account via the Pinterest interface (API). No data of visitors or customers is transmitted to Pinterest or read by Pinterest. Only content of our own Pinterest account (Pins and boards) is managed.

Access uses OAuth; credentials are stored locally in a secured/encrypted form and are not shared.
